Cat Feeding/ House Cleaning Reference June 2020

We have known Jo of Perfect Petz and Polish since 2017.
Jo has been looking after our cat since he was 2.5 months old – he is now a thriving three year old! Our cat had come from a large household of cats/kittens. As we both worked full time at that stage, we needed the assurance of someone to pop in on a daily basis to ensure our cat’s wellbeing was looked after whilst we were at work and this is where Jo came into play who we employed on a full time basis for 12 months (to come in twice a day to ensure our cat was well until we were home from work). We felt without Jo taking such excellent care of our cat of coming into on a daily basis, he would not be who is he now – a thriving three year old! We consider Jo to be our cat’s second “mum”. Jo has also provided us with holiday cover for out cat. Jo always offers us the choice of short or long visits. We always choose the longer visits as it gives our cat some “play” time and Jo always provides us with daily updates, to include photos whilst we have been away on holiday. Jo has also provided us with a service where she will leave lights on, open/shut blinds/curtains whilst we have been on holiday too. Jo has always been available at short notice.
Jo has also offered to us on a number of occasions a vet pick up and drop off service for our cat (routine vet appointments) – this service has proved invaluable to myself as I do not drive and not all taxi companies will carry pet(s) to the vets.
We highly recommend Jo. Jo is extremely trustworthy, reliable, friendly, communicative, calm demeanour and clearly has a natural love of animals; our cat loves “human” company and I know that in leaving our cat in Jo’s extremely capable hands we can go away on holiday worry free.
If you are looking for someone who would look after your pet(s) as if they were her own, Jo is the perfect choice.
Other than looking after our cat, Jo we have also engaged Jo as a cleaner, another excellent service provided by Perfect Petz and Polish. We had been looking for a cleaner for a while but at upmost importance to us was we needed a cleaner who we could completely trust with our cat as he is a house cat. Jo was the obvious choice, however, she had a waiting list at that time, but she always kept us updated on her availability to clean and Jo now regularly cleans for us. We have a very large house. This has taken a lot of pressure off us as we both work full time and it is always nice to come home to a freshly cleaned spotless house. Jo is extremely thorough with her cleaning.
