It makes me feel so happy, proud knowing how much I care for people's pets and love my job.

We cannot recommend Jo of Perfect Petz and Polish highly enough. We initially engaged Jo to come into look after kitten (British Shorthair) (he was 2.5 months at the time) before we departed on holiday over a Bank Holiday weekend (Jo also provided us with updates/photos whilst we were on holiday). We have been so impressed with Jo’s commitment and reliability and care shown to him that to this day we continue to engage Jo to come in and look after him on a daily basis (i.e. to feed and check up on him) – He is now 5.5 months old. We have found Jo to be completely trustworthy, committed and reliable throughout which is important to us as my partner and I can both work long hours and I travel overseas a fair bit and we are rest assured that he is in safe reliable hands with Jo. We have also had to ask Jo a number of times (and on short notice) to do an extra shift and Jo has always been very accommodating to this effect. We also feel Jo will go the extra mile and nothing is too much to ask. As I do not drive, we have recently had to ask Jo to transport him to the vet and Jo has been very accommodating to this effect.
